When going on a date, aim to be the classiest and sexiest version of yourself. Other than thinking about all the things that could go wrong, spend your time on preparing for your date instead. One thing you can control is, what you wear and how you look on your date. While there are no set fashion rules for dating, there are a handful of tips that are applicable to Sugar Babies going for POT dates.
Here are 5 style mistakes every Sugar Baby should avoid on a date :
Trying something completely new
No, this is not the right time to try the new stale gray lipstick you’ve always wanted to try. Unless you want to look lifeless and stoic… by all means go ahead. But if you don’t, pick a shade that you usually wear and reveal the real you. The lipstick shade you wear on a first date says a lot about your personality. You would still want to look like yourself and not look like you’re trying too hard.
Overly ambitious style choices
You want to look good on your date, that’s understandable. But you don’t have to overdress to make a fashion statement. There’s nothing wrong with keeping your outfit polished but but poor style choices can push you over the edge from classy to crazy. Your clothes present who you are before you even say a word. Always remember that less is more.
Showing off too much skin
First impressions set the tone for the entire date. Never wear what a man desires you to wear on a first date. Leave some things to the imagination. Revealing too much is equivalent to getting your birthday cake before you birthday, after all, you want your date to have something to look forward to. You can still look flirty and sexy by choosing one body part to show: legs, cleavage or back. Nothing more than that.
Putting on too much make up
Its all fun and games until you have lipstick stain on your teeth and body glitter all over your dinner table. Wearing make up helps to boost your self-confidence but if you overdo it, you might come across as intimidating. You do want your date to be able to see your actual face and not a totally different person, right? Always find a balance, don’t overdo it but don’t underdo it either. If you are going to wear make up, try not to look like you’ve been gang-banged by a box of crayon.
Dressing for the wrong occasion
Most first dates involve with doing something casual like a simple coffee date or a dinner at the restaurant. Always make sure what you’re wearing is true to the situation. Avoid having your date feel intimated or out of place because you aren’t dressed according to the occasion. Imagine wearing an evening dress to a laid-back coffee house… which will make you feel uncomfortable, which will make HIM feel uncomfortable.
